The manager was very friendly and knowledgable. The location the best aspect. It is super close to Busan Station and in a good general area for tourists (all the famous markets, Busan tower, Gwangbok/Nampo shopping) although a little far from Haeunde (which I thought was totally fine). The room was larger than we expected and the bathroom room had a proper shower/bathtub rather than being a small wet-room like other comparable hotels. There was food available all day but we didn’t make use of it so cannot comment there. No issues at all regarding cleanliness. Location and price are the main things I care about so if you’re the same, this place is a good bet.

Great location, walking distance from Busan station. Really nice central location if you would like to go between Gwangalli and Yeongdo island and Songdo beach. The staff member was very accommodating and helpful.

The property is conveniently located near Busan Station and features a shared pantry where guests can cook their own meals at no extra cost. They also provide free fresh eggs, noodles, brewed coffee, and a selection of sweet spreads. For check-out, simply drop your room key in the key box inside the elevator.

Bathroom was super clean, the owner was really nice. Breakfast available all day (bread, jam, eggs, noodles, coffee). Free water bottes also available. Location was also perfect to visit Busan!

Great location. Great owner. You can use the kitchen during the whole day which was a plus. The room was big enough and the bathroom within the room was excellent as well, very spacious and clean with enough toiletries.

The owner is a very nice person. There is an elevator. Our room is clean and big enough to open our luggage. They have a shared kitchen, and they also provide bread and jam, coffee, tea, and mineral water. The location is easy to find, it's on the left from Busan Station.

owner very supportive and humble, all facilities was complete, breakfast was nice and we can on self cook ramyeon in the morning, most important that location was very near to the exit station busan station and also near to convenience shop, coffee shop and restaurant. so recommended and i would repeat again if got chance to busan again 🤗

It was centrally located. I was worried it will be dingy but it was pretty decent for a decent price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and spoke English
